Booking with Pro Content Studio is straightforward. Here’s exactly what happens.

Browse & Select
Search the catalog by category or brand. On each item's page, see live availability for the next 90 days and pick your shoot dates.

Submit Booking Request
Add items to your cart, pick pickup or delivery, enter your contact details, and submit. You'll get an email confirmation immediately.

Receive Quotation & Pay
Within 24 hours we confirm availability and send a formal quotation PDF with bank transfer details. Pay via transfer to lock in your dates.
04
Pick Up or Receive Delivery
We confirm payment, then you pick up the gear from our Riyadh studio or we deliver it to your set. A trained assistant comes with pro gear.

Common questions
How fast do you confirm bookings?
We respond to all booking requests within 24 hours via email and WhatsApp. Most are confirmed the same day.
Why bank transfer only?
It keeps overhead low so we can keep prices fair. We provide a formal Saudi VAT-compliant quotation with bank details on every booking.
Do I need an assistant?
For pro-grade gear (cinema cameras, motorized gimbals, large lighting), yes — one trained assistant per booking at 800 SAR/day. Smaller kits (basic lights, stands, audio recorders) are available without an assistant.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start date. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. Full details on our refund page.
Can you deliver outside Riyadh?
Currently we deliver only inside Riyadh (free over 2,000 SAR, 200 SAR otherwise). For shoots elsewhere, please contact us — we may be able to arrange custom logistics.
What about damage or loss?
You’re responsible for the full replacement value of any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment. We strongly recommend production insurance. Full terms at /terms.
