Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it. Here’s how our cancellation and refund process works.
1. Cancellation windows
The clock starts at the agreed pickup or delivery time. The 48-hour window is calculated in your local time zone (Riyadh, GMT+3).
2. How to cancel
You can cancel a booking by:
- Replying to the confirmation email or quotation, OR
- Messaging us on WhatsApp, OR
- Calling us at +966 55 371 8034
Cancellations are confirmed in writing within a few hours.
3. Refund process
Approved refunds are issued via the same bank transfer channel you paid through. Refunds typically land within 3 to 7 business days after we initiate them. We’ll send you a confirmation email when the transfer is sent.
Cancellation fees (when applicable) are deducted before the refund is issued.
4. Equipment failures on our side
If we cannot deliver promised equipment due to a fault on our side (damage discovered at the last moment, double-booking, vehicle breakdown), we’ll either:
- Offer a free upgrade to comparable equipment
- Refund the affected items in full immediately
- Apply credit to a future booking (your choice)
We do not charge cancellation fees in these cases.
5. Damage charges (separate from cancellation)
If equipment is returned damaged, lost, or stolen, replacement and repair charges apply per our Terms & Conditions. These are independent of cancellation rules.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email Sales@proco.studio within 14 days of the disputed transaction. We’ll review promptly and respond within 5 business days.
