Terms & Conditions

All bookings start as a request and are not confirmed until we send you a written quotation and you complete payment via bank transfer. Equipment is held only when status is Confirmed or Paid.

Quotations are valid for 72 hours. After that the quote may be withdrawn or revised depending on availability.

Full payment is required before pickup or delivery. Payment is by bank transfer to our Riyad Bank account. Bank details are listed on every quotation PDF.

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is added at checkout.

We do not accept cash, card, or installment payments at this time.

Pickup from our Riyadh studio is free. You must present a valid ID matching the booking and sign the equipment release form.

Delivery is available within Riyadh only. A fee of 200 SAR applies; delivery is free for orders over 2,000 SAR. Delivery times must be agreed in advance.

Bookings of 7 days or more receive an automatic 40% discount on equipment (assistant fees and delivery are excluded). Discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes.

Coupon codes apply to equipment only. They never reduce the cost of assistants, crew, or delivery. Each coupon has its own expiry, minimum-order, and usage limits which are validated at checkout.

Bookings that include professional gear (cameras above a certain spec, gimbals, jib, lighting trucks, etc.) require at least one trained assistant per booking at 800 SAR/day. The assistant’s role is to safely operate, transport, and protect the equipment. They are not replacements for your DOP, gaffer, or operator.

You are fully responsible for all equipment from pickup/delivery until return and inspection. Any damage, loss, or theft is the renter’s liability and will be charged at replacement cost (new) plus any rental income lost while the item is being repaired or replaced.

We strongly recommend renters carry production insurance covering the full replacement value of rented equipment. We can provide a equipment-value list on request.

Normal wear and tear is not charged. Cosmetic damage is assessed case-by-case.

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start date: full refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show on the start date: no refund.

Equipment must be returned by 9 PM on the booking’s end date. Late returns are charged at the full daily rate per item. If late return blocks another booking, you may be additionally liable for that booking’s losses.

Equipment must be used in the manner intended by the manufacturer and may not be sub-let, exported, or used for unlawful activity. Use in extreme conditions (rain, sand, sea spray) requires prior written approval.

We collect only the data necessary to fulfill bookings (name, email, phone, company, project type). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
